What we do...

Site visits by appointment and recorded in our process control system. Appointments available to view through the Customer Portal

Collected data is processed to update or produce the CAD Plan and update the AMP system. The digital photographs are hyperlinked in the CAD Plans showing their location and direction and named according to the building, block and space for easy identification and transfer to the Identified Work Item in the database

A surveyor completes the Preliminary survey using the audited SI methodology with all information packaged in a way to make a survey quick and comprehensive

The entire survey may be recorded on a handheld device and uploaded to the system on completion

Mechanical and Electrical surveys are completed on site using the recorded plant register information

Where appropriate the Schedule of Rates can be agreed and revised in the system after consultation with you
